This is a fun way to travel from West Africa to South Africa. In this baking workshop participants will be baking a Nigerian dessert that is similar to coconut macaroons and a South African Rooibos (bush) tea that complements it perfectly. Shuku shuku (meaning “accident, fortune, chance” in Yoruba) is every Nigerian kid’s favorite macaron that’s full of fresh coconut shreds.
