Program Description
This club offers students opportunities to discuss with
experts of various disciplines and sectors from the Africa
Center, Hong Kong on several emerging issues on the
African continent. Short texts (3-6 pages) including (but
not limited to) book chapters, short stories, essays, and
other articles will be used to contextualise the
discussion. No prior reading is required. This club will
take place at the Africa Center or at your School or Office
and can accommodate up to 50 students. If the club is
held at the Africa Center it will allow for interaction in a
multi-cultural context.
Recommended Duration:45-60 minutes
