Ethiopian & Somali Cooking Workshop (Afternoon Session – Spring Camp Cooking & Baking

On this last day of our spring activity, we will be travelling to discover the dishes from the Horn of Africa. In this part participants will cook Miser wet ( an Ethiopian legume slowly cooked with a traditional berbere spice) and a Somali flatbread (Anjero) to go with it. This is also an opportunity to learn the evolution of different cuisines in the horn of Africa and how each country has a hand on it.
