Program Description
The African Baking Workshop is an exciting hands-on workshop for all participants. The baking workshop investigates cultural groups with an emphasis on the foods they bake. Collaboratively, students will prepare
and serve baked foods from a country or a region in Africa. This workshop is typically three hours long,including two hours of baking and one hour of eating. The Africa Center can accommodate up to 20 students for this workshop.
Recommended Duration: 3 hours
