PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Tonga basket making is a traditional craft that originated in the Tonga region of southern Africa.The art with techniques and designs being preserved and handed down as a part of the cultural heritage of the Tonga people. The baskets created serve various purposes, including storage, carrying items, and as decorative pieces.
