Program Description
Jamaican food profile comes from a fusion of cuisines that evolved over the last three centuries. In this experience, the participants will learn about the history of Jamaican food cultures, learn how to make the indigenous drinks, mix their own jerk seasonings, learn to cook 3 quintessential dishes of Jamaica, and enjoy the Jamaican buffet lunch/ dinner curated and food prepared by the Africa center Hong Kong’s chefs. Come join our experience and leave the center with a “belly full” of food and fun!
